AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport transfers service for the friLingue language camps is a convenient and reliable transportation option provided to parents and students to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey from the airport to the camp location and vice versa. It is designed to alleviate the stress and concerns associated with arranging transportation logistics, particularly for parents who may be sending their children to a language camp from a different city or country.

Here's how the airport transfers service works:
  1. Reservation and Booking: Parents can typically make a reservation for the airport transfers service while registering their child for the summer language camp. The camp organizers or a designated transportation company will handle the booking process.
  2. Arrival Coordination: Parents will need to provide the necessary information regarding their child's arrival, including flight details such as airline, flight number, and arrival time. This information enables the transfer service to track the flight and make necessary arrangements.
  3. Meet and Greet: Upon arrival at the airport, the students will be greeted by professional staff members or designated camp representatives. These individuals will be easily identifiable, often wearing camp uniforms or carrying signage to ensure clear identification. They will welcome the students, assist with luggage, and provide any necessary instructions or information.
  4. Safe and Comfortable Transportation: The students will be escorted to a designated vehicle.
  5. Direct Transfer to Camp Location: The airport transfers service will transport the students directly from the airport to the summer language camp location. The drivers are experienced and familiar with the route, ensuring a safe and efficient journey.
  6. Return Transfers: At the end of the camp or when the student's program is complete, the airport transfers service will also provide transportation from the camp location back to the airport for the return journey. The same level of assistance and coordination will be provided to ensure a smooth departure process.
Please make sure you book your arrival and departure flights on a Sunday and inform us as soon as you can about the flight details. The flight is not included in the price.

UM (UNACCOMPANIED MINOR) SERVICE
What is Unaccompanied Minor?
In airline policy, an unaccompanied minor is typically an airline passenger aged between 5 and 14 years old (Airline regulations vary! Check below) who travels without an accompanying adult. Airline personnel is responsible for escorting the child through immigration & customs and ensuring they board the flight in time.

An additional fee is charged for this service.

During the flight, no special attention is given to the minor until the flight enters its final descent to the destination. During landing, the minor is moved to the nearest exit, which could be in business or first class, so that he or she can leave the aircraft at the earliest opportunity and be transferred to the local ground staff. After clearing immigration & customs, the child is released only to the school representative identified on the paperwork.
