    Important: Please note that the camp leader phone will only be available from Sunday, 28 June onwards. Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. For urgent matters from 28 June onwards, you may contact the camp leader directly.
  • WHATSAPP GROUP FOR PARENTS
    For each camp location, we have a WhatsApp group where we regularly share photos, videos and updates.

  • CAMP RULES
    We will also go through these rules verbally with the participants on Sunday evening after dinner. We want everyone to have a great time together, and if we all follow these rules, a fun and relaxed camp experience for everyone is guaranteed!

    • Mobile phones and electronic devices are only allowed at specific times
    • Strict prohibition of alcohol, drugs, vapes and smoking
    • Leaving the camp is only allowed with permission from the camp leader and in groups
    • Quiet hours from 10:00 pm, leaving the camp during the night is forbidden
    • Swimming is only allowed under supervision
    • Video surveillance in some public areas (for security reasons)
    • Please do not bring Nintendo consoles or similar devices
    • Respectful behaviour towards others, the facilities and the equipment
    • Keep rooms tidy, strict prohibition of fire
    • Valuables can be stored safely
    • Mutual consideration during meals

    The full set of camp rules will be sent by email approximately 1–2 weeks before the start of the camp.

PACKING LIST

Less carrying, more fun!

Please pack your luggage in a compact and easy-to-carry way – ideally in a small suitcase or backpack. This will make it easier for you to carry, leave more space in the rooms and also help us with organising and transporting the luggage (especially if you booked the accompanied train transfer).

    o health insurance card (copy)
    o special medicine (if needed)
    o a thin sleeping bag:
    -> Please note that participants who have already booked the bed linen or who are arriving by plane do not need a sleeping bag!
    -> If you are staying with a host family, you also won’t need to bring one.
  • 2. HYGIENE
    o 2 towels (1 bath towel & 1 space-saving microfiber towel, if available)
    o shampoo & shower gel
    o toothbrush & toothpaste
    o toiletries
    o paper handkerchiefs
  • 3. CLOTHES AND SHOES
    o hiking shoes / waterproof shoes
    o sneakers / trainers
    o slippers
    o pants, long & short
    o t-shirts & sweaters
    o underwear, socks & pyjamas
    o rain jacket (for bad weather)
    o sportswear and sports shoes
    o swimwear or bikini/swimsuit
    o plastic bags for dirty laundry

    We recommend labelling clothing and personal belongings with names so that lost items can be identified more easily.
  • 4. CLASS
    o writing utensils
    o notebook for new words
    o maybe dictionary
    o maybe schoolbooks / copies of old exams (e.g., for the intensive course)
  • 5. SPORT & FREE TIME
    o sunglasses
    o sun protection (sun cream), after sun
    o small backpack
    o wrist watch
    o reusable waterbottle
    o pocket money (around 50 CHF
    per week for snacks, refreshments, souvenirs etc.)
  • 6. OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

    -> only if already pre-booked!


    HORSE RIDING:

    o shoes with a small heel

    o clothes that can get dirty

    o riding/bike helmet(!)

    o optional: breeches, gloves, body protector and boots


    TENNIS CAMP:

    o tennis/sports shoes (indoor & outdoor)

    o enough sportswear

    o tennis racket -> if you don’t own one, please let us know in advance


    FOOTBALL CAMP:
    o favourite football jerseys
    o football boots for outdoor use
    o shin guards
    o optional: Goalkeeper gloves if someone would like to play as goalkeeper

    CREATIVE MEDIA CAMP:
    o Please bring a camera or a phone with good photo quality.

    ADVENTURE & SPORTS CAMP:
    o Sufficient sports clothing and sports shoes

    ADVENTURE CAMP:

    o Headlamp or flashlight

    All other necessary equipment will be provided by us or by the activity organiser.

You will receive a link to a form by email. Please read the rules together with your child/children — it is important that they are aware of them!

COMLETE THE FORM
Please make sure to fill in all the required fields in the form before submitting it. The form must be submitted no later than Wednesday evening before the start of the camp!

Everything's prepared - all we need to do is go through the packing list, just to be on the safe side.
